A big congratulations to our community and our Eco Club on becoming a platinum certified EcoSchool! After being gold certified last year, we set the goal of obtaining the highest certification possible for 2023. We did it!

In order for us to be certified platinum, our school undertook 19 environmental actions which included our students participating in 360 hours of outdoor learning, planting our own edible garden, recycling over 100kg of batteries, and so much more.

We’re proud to be part of EcoSchools Canada’s mission of nurturing student leaders, reducing our school’s environmental impact, and building a sustainable community.
