All plans include a non-refundable deposit of $2,500 which is part of the total tuition.
Tuition fees include but not limited to: textbooks, in school workbooks, apps, workshops, art materials, school supplies, agendas and subscriptions.
Not covered by tuition includes but not limited to the following: uniforms, school trips, Bark Lake over night education experience, Grade 7/8 end of year trip, co-curricular programs, physical education trips.
Kindergarten students: Tuition Fees include a nutritious, organic-influenced lunch/beverage and two snacks every day
*For International Students Only* – If immigration authorities at a Canadian Embassy or High Commission Office issue a letter denying the request of a student permit, and Richland Academy receives a copy of the letter of denial accompanied by formal notification of withdrawal or request for deferral, then fees will be refunded less $5,000.00. If no proof of denial is received by Richland Academy, then all fees are non-refundable.

Richland Academy will be working with the SchoolsBuddy software system which combines activities management, online payments, parent communication, school bookings, and more.
Once our families are set up students and families will experience an easy management tool that will encompass activities management, booking, sign-up, and payment services.
This will assist our administration and families with all non-covered tuition costs and expenses.
A 5% discount is applied to the families with more than one sibling attending the school. First child will pay the full tuition and the remaining siblings will receive the discount.
It is with pleasure that Richland Academy is continuing its Loyalty Program. To participate in the Loyalty Program, your child(ren) must have completed five or more full-time academic years at Richland Academy.
The Loyalty Program entitles qualified students to a 5% discount of tuition fees. Please note that sibling discounts do not apply to those students qualifying for the Loyalty Program.
