At Richland we are very grateful for the contributions our parents make to enrich the learning experiences of our students.
Case in point: Dr. Curea, a Richland parent, who has recently begun a series of lessons with our Grade 6 students to educate them on the physical and emotional developments of puberty. Dr. Curea is both a medical expert and a caring parent, and is able to answer our student’s questions professionally and sensitively.
Thank you to Dr. Curea, and to all of our parents who enrich the learning at Richland. If you would like to explore opportunities to become more engaged in the classroom, please contact your child’s teacher. There are many ways that you can be part of the learning experience for our students, and we welcome your ideas.
“Yay! My mommy is famous!”
We are so proud of her!
