Melika is thrilled to join Richland Academy, bringing her Master’s degree in TEFL and over four years of experience in International Baccalaureate (IB) education. With a passion for teaching, expertise in TEFL, and a solid foundation in IB principles, Melika creates an inclusive and dynamic learning environment. She has a track record of working with children from diverse backgrounds and cultures, fostering an atmosphere that promotes learning, creativity, and celebrates diversity.
