At Richland Academy, we take pride in our commitment to education and community welfare. The Richland Educational Charity was established to raise funds that enhance resources and learning support for all our students.

We recommend an annual donation of $500 per family. This optional donation is greatly appreciated. Monetary donations made throughout the school year are eligible for a tax receipt through the Charity. Furthermore, a percentage of the donations received annually contributes to a children’s charity, enriching their educational experience. Donations can be made by the following two options:

Tuition Fees include a nutritious, organic-influenced lunch/beverage and two snacks every day for all Kindergarten students.

*If immigration authorities at a Canadian Embassy or High Commission Office issue a letter denying the request of a student permit, and Richland Academy receives a copy of the letter of denial accompanied by formal notification of withdrawal or request for deferral, then fees will be refunded less $5,000.00. If no proof of denial is received by Richland Academy, then all fees are non-refundable*

All plans include a non-refundable deposit of $2500.00 which is part of the total tuition.

This deposit can be paid through OpenApply via credit card but please note there is
an additional processing fee of $75.00 or by cheque/bank draft (no processing fee) made payable to Richland Academy.

A service charge of $50.00 will apply to any NSF returns.
Tuition fees are allocated towards (but are not limited to) textbooks, in school workshops, apps, workbooks, art materials, school supplies, agendas and subscriptions.
Tuition fees exclude (but are not limited to) uniforms, school trips, Pine Crest over night education experience, Grade 7/8 end of year trip, co-curricular programs, physical education trips.

A 5% discount is applied to the families with more than one sibling attending the school. First child will pay the full tuition and the remaining siblings will receive the discount.

To participate in the Loyalty Program, your child(ren) must have completed five or more full-time academic years at Richland Academy.

The Loyalty Program entitles qualified students to a 5% discount of tuition fees. Please note that sibling discounts do not apply to those students qualifying for the Loyalty Program. Richland Academy wishes to thank you for your fellowship and dedication over the years!
