Our Land Acknowledgement shows recognition of and respect for Indigenous peoples from the past and the present. Christine joins Richland Academy after 14 years as an international PYP teacher abroad. She has taught in IB World Schools in Italy, South Korea, Bangladesh, China and Senegal. She is excited to finally bring her experience to her home country. Christine returned to Canada with her Italian husband, their two teenage boys and their golden retriever, Happy. Christine‘s greatest passion in education is the whole child: The Hundred Languages are there. She participated in the International Study Group of the Reggio Emilia Approach in 2014. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick and a Master’s degree in Education which she completed on the majestic island of Mallorca, Spain through the Off-Site Graduate Program of The College of New Jersey.
