Kirti Pankaj is an experienced educator with over 30 years of international experience in inclusive, multicultural learning environments across India, Canada, and Malaysia. She is an Ontario Certified Teacher with a Master’s degree in Economics, a Bachelor of Education degree, and certifications in Digital Literacy and Computer Programming.
She has extensive leadership experience in IB, Cambridge, and Soka (value creation) education. As an IB Program Coordinator for many years, she mentored educators, designed holistic and concept-driven curricula, and successfully led IB authorization and evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with international standards and community-centered values.
Kirti Pankaj has taught and led programs across early years through post-secondary levels, supporting growth and development at every stage of learning. Her professional development includes training in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL), Dialogic Learning, Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Global Citizenship.
Passionate about creating value in the community through education, Kirti Pankaj believes learning should nurture academic excellence, strong character, and a sense of global responsibility. She encourages students to take ownership of their learning and grow into confident, compassionate, and action-oriented individuals who contribute meaningfully to the world around them.
